Refund policy

Returns/RMA

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

If you have questions or concerns about your order, call us first. Many issues can often be resolved quickly with a phone call.

Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

If a product is found to be defective, warranty support may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer, depending on the item and the nature of the issue.

If a return is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. Products must be returned at the customer's expense within 7 days of the RMA being issued.

Returned products must be in new, unused, and resellable condition and must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components.

Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, used, or are missing parts, accessories, or packaging are not eligible for return.

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and determined to be complete and resellable, a refund or credit will be issued less the 30% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Trailer Alarms, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
