If we agree to give you an RMA (return merchandise authorization), you must return the product in "new" condition at your expense within 7 days with "ALL" packaging and accessories. You will be assessed a restocking fee of 30%. Once items are evaluated, processed and deemed to be re-sellable, we will issue you a credit, minus the restocking fee mentioned earlier.
